Orphan Care Resources

The list below are organizations that you can connect with in order to obey the call to serve the orphan. These organizations are trusted in their care of orphans, aid families in adoption and/or foster care, and family preservation.

Nightlight Christian Adoptions

Nightlight Christian Adoptions specializes in international, domestic, and embryo adoption. The agency provides home studies and post-adoption services for adoptive families, in addition to counseling and support for expectant parents facing unplanned pregnancies.

Cabinet for Health and Family Services

CHFS handles foster care and adoption with the Commonwealth of Kentucky. They also resource fictive kin caregivers to make a difference in the lives of children.

Sunrise Children’s Services provides care and hope for hurting families and children through Christ-centered ministries. Sunrise is a home for children who have been abused and neglected.

CASA of Kenton County

The mission of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Kenton County is to provide court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes.
